Shark fishing “Last Local” style means sight fishing! Nothing compares to watching sharks circle the boat in gin clear, shallow water. They tend to show up with the attitude of a mad bulldog that wants his bone back. Now, all it takes is an accurate cast to put your live bait right in front of his grill! This usually results in a screaming drag and a bent rod as he rockets away. Now it’s up to you to bring him back to the boat. This is where the fun begins!
Jason and Ryan Phillips decided to experience sight fishing with Last Local for the first time. They were blown away by the number of sharks we saw on the beach. Jason went 1 for 2 with a stud Blacktip. It was his biggest fish to date!
